Aligned with her research interests and background in Human Resource Management, Norazrina is working on a project focusing on workplace learning and digital disruptions.
Prior to joining SUTD, she had worked in the public and private sectors in Singapore and the UK before pursuing a doctoral degree. Funded by a doctoral study grant from a state agency in Singapore, the research was focused on the ageing workforce. Adopting a multiple perspective approach, the study explored the impact and implications of the ageing workforce on different stakeholders. Her research interests include areas relating to equality and diversity in the workforce and drivers of organisational change.
