Dolphie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Yale-NUS College. Previously, she was a research and editorial intern at Desire Lines, an interdisciplinary consultancy for environmental, cultural, and social-impact initiatives. She has also researched for Professor Anju Mary Paul on the Global Care Policy Index, assessing legislative protections for home-based caregivers and careworkers.
Her research interests lie in regenerative urban design, community development and the revalorisation of local knowledge systems.
She is supporting Harvey and team on the "Strengthening Urban Resilience in the age of Fragmentation (SURF): People, Governance & Technology for a Healthier, Mobile Southeast Asia" project.
