Biography

Ariel graduated summa cum laude from the University at Buffalo with a major in Sociology.  Previously, she worked at Nanyang Technological University and the National Institute of Education as a Research Assistant. Her research interests lie in social equity and justice, state and societal relations, and class, gender and racial inequalities.

She is supporting Samuel and team on the “Underemployment of Workers" and The Pursuit of Riding: Unravelling Motorcycle Ownership in Singapore” projects.
