The Lee Kuan Yew Centre for Innovative Cities (LKYCIC) is a research institute in the Singapore University of Technology and Design. The Centre seeks to stimulate thinking and research on the critical issues of cities and urbanisation and explore the integrated use of technology, design and policy to provide urban solutions.

Prof Cheong Koon Hean, Chair of the Lee Kuan Yew Centre for Innovative Cities (SUTD) and the Centre for Liveable Cities (MND) was invited as the keynote speaker to share the Singapore case study of public housing at the 8th International Forum on Housing and Urban Finance held in Korea on 24 Nov 2021. The Forum was hosted by the Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) of the Republic of Korea.
