A delegation comprising Prof Cheong Koon Hean, Dr Harvey Neo, Dr Samuel Chng and Assoc Prof Yeo Kang Shua visited  Shanghai from 20 – 24 Aug 2023 for an academic exchange with the Shanghai Academy of Social Science.
